About Ercon Engineering
The metal fabrication and powder coating business for Midlands based manufacturers who need a simpler, greener and more efficient supply chain. Ercon Powder Coating is a well established family business that has been providing powder coating to general industry for over 30 years. We currently have 2 fully automated powder coating plants each including a spray phosphating system and utilising the latest GEMA powder coating equipment. Our experienced inspectors and packers will ensure that goods arrive back to our customers in excellent condition. We understand how important excellent service and quality is to our customers and we offer a 48 hour turnaround from the receipt of materials into our factory. If the arranging the logistics is a headache you can do without we are more than happy to offer our collection and delivery service. We are located just off Junction 10 on the M6 so providing an ideal access point to locations around the country. Our team of experienced engineers look forward to discussing your requirements. Ercon Powder Coating Facilities: 2 x Overhead conveyor Automatic powder coating lines both with degrease phosphate cleaning. Maximum work size 2000mm tall x 900mm wide x 4000mm long. Full range of BS and RAL colours and finishes to suit your requirements. 1 x off line booth for sample work. Bespoke packaging arrangements to suit your own specialised requirements. Jigs and fixtures. 48 hour turn around. Delivery and collection services available. We service general industry and our customers range from 1st tier automotive suppliers to one off special projects and contract work.
