Young and dynamic, the company was founded at the beginning of 2001 and is the culmination of the senior managements 25 years+ experience of international IT consultancy and specialist technology recruitment. We have a professional and dedicated team of experienced multi-lingual staff who have extensive knowledge of not only the recruitment of contract and permanent staff, but who are fully versed in the legal and operational requirements of living and working in Switzerland. Working closely with our sister company, Ergon Limited in the UK, we have developed custom systems and processes to resource skills across Europe and if required, the globe. We are able to work across all disciplines and at all skill levels, priding ourselves on our ability to find the right skill at the right time to suit our customer needs. Our expanding customer base includes a wide range of major Swiss based international blue-chip organizations, growing mid-range companies and a number of smaller specialist niche players.
