The Erie-Niagara Board of Realtist (ENBOR) is the local board of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers®. NAREB, founded in 1947, is the oldest and largest minority Real Estate Trade Association in America. It was founded on the principle that all citizens have the right to equal housing opportunities regardless of race, creed or color. We were founded in August 2023 as a need to promote “Democracy In Housing”, Fair Housing rights and Black Homeownership in the Buffalo and Niagara Falls Metropolitan areas. Our REALTISTs support various agencies in Erie and Niagara County while maintaining an active role in the community by offering scholarships, educational training, home ownership assistance and counseling, workforce development, and Real Estate development opportunities to individuals wanting to achieve the dream of homeownership. Our goal is to bring together minority professionals in the Real Estate industry to promote the meaningful exchange of ideas about our business and how to best serve our clientele. We strive to create an environment where creativity flourishes in both the community and the marketplace of which we serve. Our core objective is to secure the right to equal housing opportunities regardless of race, creed, or color. To service our target market, we ensure training and educational opportunities are available to our entire membership across the many disciplines we represent, providing certifications and special designations in many areas of interest. Our ability to professionally service our client base is the foundation by which we operate. Our "E3 Plan" is to "Empowering Our Members, Enrich Our Community, Elevate Our Brand".
