EHC was incorporated in Manitoba in 1955. Since that time, EHC has been providing quality construction services for commercial, civil, industrial, institutional and multi-residential clients. Our performance in the industry has cultivated an established list of clientele. EHC has a long-standing history of experience in all aspects of site development through its multi-use flex space developments in the three-award winning, master-planned Terracon Business Parks. Integrating innovation and flexible design are necessary to ensure that the quality-built infrastructure, building shells and interior fit-ups meet the needs of all tenants. EHC has established a reputation for excellent performance and workmanship, on-time and on-budget completion of projects and post-completion services. This standing is a result of over 64 years of experience in the construction industry. Recognition of this reputation was recognized when the Association of Professional Engineers of Manitoba presented EHC with a Certificate of Engineering Achievement for our concept, design and implementation of the Charleswood Bridge Project. This design-build project was the first true Build, Own, Operate and Transfer (BOOT) project in Canada. The design-build team worked effectively with the City of Winnipeg to ensure that the project was completed ahead of schedule and on budget. Additionally, EHC has received accident prevention awards from the Manitoba Building Contractors Association and recognition of our high standard of teamwork from Esso Canada and Petro Canada. EHC is ISN Certified, Avetta and C.O.R.
