Composites are the next generation of advanced materials, they can be applied in structural components to ensure lighter products, corrosion resistance and workforce reduction. Since 2002 we have been working on more than 900 projects for many different applications, positioning our products in almost 10 countries all over the world. We work side by side with OEM, R&D Centres, engineering companies and universities in order to develop innovative vehicles and state-of-the-art projects. We deal with: - Consultancy, guidance and assistance to project engineers - Mould design & manufacturing - CNC 5-axis milling machine - Autoclave process with prepreg materials using digital cutting system - Vacuum Infusion Process (VIP) used for very complex parts - Resin Injection Moulding (RIM) – low pressure injection - Resin Transfer Moulding (RTM) - Rapid Prototyping with FDM technology - Automated Cutting and Trimming with 6-axis robot - Assembly by CMM machines followed by provision of a relevant certificate - Surfaces preparation for application of paint.
