ERTC is an electronic financial platform for making payments, transactions without commissions around the world, storing and saving funds, as well as issuing internal ERTCoin tokens with a stable exchange rate on the open ERTC blockchain. Operations with EUR, CAD, USD, RUB, as well as the internal NFT token ERTCoin are available in the system. The issue of ERTCoin is made by users, by confirming the ownership of each m2 - documented. The platform processes documents - passport, registration of residence, documents confirming land ownership, and makes it a decision - approve or not. Further, ERTCoin emission occurs or does not occur, with tokens being charged 30% on the user's smartwallet and 70% in favor of the validation platform. Each ERTCoin token contains unique information - validation date, validation number, longitude / latitude, and the token holder can see each ERTCoin that it owns and see its unique id. The transaction of each ERTCoin token can be monitored from the issue date to the last transaction, saving the entire history in a distributed registry. EPS ERTC is a cross-platform project proposal and is available in a web browser version. The ERTC blockchain is built on the example of EOS technologies and is completely modified by the designer, the logic of smart contracts and a multi-level administration structure - it is 100% supported by the project team. The project structure includes continuous platform optimization and structural evolution.
