Formed in 1987 we now provide coffee equipment maintenance services ~ both planned and reactive for a multitude of coffee equipment types. We have a national network of service engineers and through strategic partnerships can also provide support in Northern Ireland and The Republic of Ireland. Our engineers are trained to understand what is causing a fault, rather than simply replacing a part. More often than not they're able to repair machines with the tools and parts that they carry on their vans, enabling our customers to continue trading. We're not tied to one sole manufacturer and wish to maintain our independence so that we're able to to provide support for our customers, whatever equipment they decide to use ~ we want our service to them (and not the equipment type) to be the constant factor in our relationship with our customers. Our customers range from independent sole traders to national Food Service Providers and Facilities Management Company's. We have evolved our business over recent years, to offer much more than coffee equipment service. We've embraced the Internet of Things (IoT) and if you would like to know remotely the quality of the water passing through your coffee machine, the amount of coffee consumed recently, your most popular drink and when it sells, or whether you machine requires preventative maintenance, when can offer you a solution for this.
