ESA provides serviced apartments and purpose built studio accommodation to regional, national and global companies in the quality, timescale and quantity they need with easy in/out terms. Offering convenient, independent, cost effective stays for short, mid and long term projects. Complete designer furnished apartments with spacious living room, Wi-Fi and Sky TV, one or two bedrooms plus bathrooms and fully fitted and equipped kitchen, allocated parking and a weekly housekeeping service. Freedom to work, relax, cook or have the family to visit. With 14 years experience satisfying corporate needs, we work closely with Project Managers/Co-Ordinators/Assistants and HR in mobilising and accommodating project staff. Elite provides even a CEO with a quality of living comparable to home in our apartments, located in Yarm; Essential makes a comfortable base for on-site project staff in our purpose built studio building in Middlesbrough. No one in our part of the world offers this flexibility, nor the resources to scale up from one to 25 apartments within the same neighbourhood for global clients for short, medium and long term stays. Triton Knoll Project (MHI Vestas) Provision of multiple apartments in Yarm along with 10 purpose built studios in Middlesbrough for project staff, 2+ years.
