ESANDA is a specialist independent training company serving the global upstream oil and gas industry from offices in London and Australia. Our training providers are practicing industry specialists who develop our courses and work with clients to create bespoke training for their staff. We pride ourselves on bringing a wealth of practical experience to the training sector. Our clients include small E&P operators to large National Oil Companies, Society of Petroleum Engineers, service companies, contractors, financial, insurance and government organisations, educational institutions and the general public. Our clients appreciate that in addition to our standard courses we are able to provide flexible formats in delivery (e.g. lunchtime lecture series), to help minimise staff downtime. They also appreciate our ability to develop bespoke courses with us to achieve fit-for-purpose training. In response to the Covid-19 pandemic, we have developed our eLearning capabilities to include online courses and virtual lectures. Our courses have evolved over 15 years with a focus on Field Development Planning. This has included a strong emphasis on costing and economic analysis, as well as concept selection for our clients. Our range of clients include those involved in Onshore, Offshore, Subsea, GTL, LNG and unconventional developments. This work and client training has allowed us to build strong expertise in these areas with practical and up to date knowledge.
