About ESE Capital

ESE Capital (previously Intro Crowd) was founded in 2016 as a response to the ongoing housing crisis in the UK. Founder & CEO, Gregory Baker, wished to minimise the strain on the housing market by providing housebuilders with an increase in suitable land sites available for development. Originally embracing a crowdfunding model, ESE Capital provided qualified investors with the opportunity to fund the development of greenfield land sites across the country for affordable housing developments. Over the past six years, our focus has developed and matured to encompass a wide variety of social and ethical investment opportunities, from strategic land to eco-tourism. We have partnered with national and global leaders in the field including Scott Brownrigg and National Pride, working on pioneering developments both in the UK and overseas with our landmark project being The Barony – the UK’s first eco-tourism and wellness resort. In 2022, we merged with Falcon International Financial Services and rebranded to ESE Capital – a new direction for the business which we believe communicates our dedication to providing socially conscious, ethical investment opportunities to qualified investors. ESE Capital were crowned BUILD Magazine’s ‘Most Pioneering Strategic Land Investment Platform’ in both 2020 & 2021, Global 100’s ‘Most Pioneering Strategic Land Investment Platform’ in 2021 and were featured in The Silicon Review’s list of 30 Leaders to Watch in 2022.
