Beyond sustainable credit Our investment focus directs capital towards sustainable companies. We aim to create a positive impact and live by example. Our performance is based on three pillars. I Credit & beyond Our investment expertise is based on corporate credit. Over the past decade it has evolved to related asset classes to also cover sovereigns and supranationals. We have a track record in identifying rising stars and falling angels. We are credit specialists but our investment horizon goes further. II Sustainability Our analysis goes beyond the shareholder value approach. We focus on companies that are tangibly committed to making a positive impact on society and the environment. We like leaders, but improvers make the difference. III Data, Research & Technology Data is the foundation for quantitative insight. We access multiple data sources to add value for our clients. While modern technology allows us to produce data-informed research, we believe strongly in the human aspect of decision making. Our investments are data-informed, not data-driven While investing with a clear commitment to sustainability, ESG-AM aims to set its own standards. We foster a culture of collaboration that promotes teamwork, openness and inclusiveness. Environmental In partnership with environmental experts, we measure greenhouse gas emissions and link them to compensation. We keep travelling to a minimum and use videoconferencing for the vast majority of our meetings. Social We pay the same amount for the same performance in the same role. We are committed to a 10:1 salary ratio from the most senior to the most junior. Women and men are represented in management and on the Board of Directors, and 3% of our net revenues will be donated to charity. Governance Our Board is entirely independent of management, to avoid conflict of interest. We live by standards of transparency that are beyond the industry, and we publish our financials on our website.
