Sustainable and responsible impact are the absolute buzzwords in business language nowadays. The omnipresent megatrends related to climate transformation and generational challenges together with resulting social dynamics are turning the previous business logic upside down. Investors, creditors but also employees and customers are no longer demanding only accounting profits, attractive benefits or innovative products but are also raising awareness of more sustainable planning and acting. Here comes the method which defines the impact of the company, the project or the portfolio in 3 crucial areas: Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance = ESG. Although "ESG" is widely discussed and adopted it is still an extreme challenge to fairly quantify ESG impact. Growing awareness and expectations of the stakeholders together with increasing regulatory pressure face limited access to reliable data and tools that could automate reporting. ESG METRIX will be an advanced digital tool that enables comprehensive assessment of investment projects of different nature in terms of non-financial ESG factors. Thanks to the unique technology, industry specifics and practical approach to decision process digitization it will answer the following questions: 1. To what extent is the planned project compatible with the ESG factors applicable to the business case (existing, adapted or developed for the individual case)? 2. What impact do the ESG indicators generate on the project's costs and financial performance indicators? And what are the alternative versions of the project implementation possible in relation to this? 3. Which ESG areas need most improvement and which are at a satisfactory level? 4. What data is available in the organisation and what data is missing to be able to reliably assess the project in the selected ESG areas? 5. How does the project contribute to the corporate ESG objectives? 6. To what extent is the project in line with the organisation's ESG strategy?
