Based in Tampa Bay, ESRP has been serving clients at the state and local-government levels since 2010. Our staff has relevant expertise in innovative designs that address multi-modal options taking into account the needs of pedestrians, bicyclists and transit users. ESRP’s team members are also experienced in Practical Design (an effort to consider system-wide benefits and address reduced transportation budgets) and can assist clients to apply Practical-Design principles to transportation projects. ESRP’s experience includes identifying and evaluating safety countermeasures, developing Crash Modification Factors and evaluating driver performance to determine adequate solutions. We are capable of addressing most of the safety concerns that affect the various users of the transportation system.
