Essence to Heal is not only a Service but a community where people can easily transition to holistic wellness with lifelong support and ongoing education. I believe our bodies have the remarkable ability to heal themselves with assistance from plants and western medicine when required. I believe everything is here for a reason, including western medicine. However I do think people have become too reliant on treating our symptoms as apposed to treating the cause that stems from those symptoms which can almost always be done naturally. I grew up with what I thought at the time was a relatively healthy diet, however I was always sick, tired and burned out so easily. About 6 years ago I began doing a lot of research, courses and learning everything I could about about natural living. I then began slowly cleansing my body, cutting out a lot of processed food and chemicals I didn't even know I was exposed to on a daily basis. Another area I then starting cleansing was my home. Did you know our homes are full of dangerous chemicals that can harm ourselves, or kids and our pets; from toxic sprays, perfumes and cleaners, I slowly began switching it all with the help from a Clinical Aromatherapist. I believe now more than ever we need to support our bodies as best we can to cope with the ongoing stress in this fast paced world. I like to meet people where they are at.
