About Essential Soul Care® Academy

Dr. DeeAnna Merz Nagel is a Psychotherapist, Wellness Coach, Intuitive and Aromatherapist. She facilitates training through DeeAnna Merz Nagel, LLC dba Essential Soul Care® Academy. She is also faculty at The Institute for Life Coach Training. She teaches spiritual coaching at SCA University of Theology & Spirituality. "Everything I do is influenced by an intuitive lens. Teaching and consultation are the hallmarks of my current work." After 30+ years offering direct service to individuals, families and groups, DeeAnna is now solely and soulfully focused on facilitating learning in the healing arts as well as sharing from her own direct experience. DeeAnna has been coaching for several years. She was a psychotherapist for 20 years prior to her coach career and has trained hundreds of mental health and wellness professionals. She is also the co-founder of Online Therapy Institute and developer/author/educator and co-creator of Essential Soul Care®, a psychospiritual process for healers, coaches and therapists. Her Intuitive Wellness Coach Certificate is a 80-hour online program qualifying graduates to sit for the Certified International Health Coach exam through IAHC. Her Transformative Coach Training Series is approved by NBCC/CCE and qualifies graduates to sit for the Board Certified Coach (BCC) exam. Her Clinical Supervision Series meets most state requirements for mental health counselors in the US as well as qualifying graduates toward the Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) credential through NBCC/CCE. The series also qualifies counsellors in Canada and the UK.
