Frontline and mid-level leaders are pivotal to your organization’s success. * Frontline leaders manage up to 80% of your workforce. If they are not effective, there is potential negative impact (engagement and turnover, for example) and opportunity cost. * Mid-level leaders (aka, managers of managers) are the conduit between strategy and execution. As the owner of Essentials for Leadership, I offer 16 virtual, instructor-led courses that focus on the basic elements of successful leadership. All courses can be adjusted to challenge the level of participant you choose to target.
