About Essenza Architecture

At Essenza Architecture, we believe design is about more than just walls, curves, and construction—it’s about what happens after the doors open. Architecture, especially in civic and community spaces, should support movement, connection, and well-being. From early planning through post-occupancy, our work centers on the people who use the spaces we design. We collaborate closely with public and private clients to deliver eco-conscious, modern facilities across new construction, renovations, and tenant improvements. Our specialties include: •Recreation and aquatic centers •Outdoor pools and athletic training facilities •Spas and wellness spaces •Parks maintenance offices and public works buildings In the early stages, we guide clients through feasibility studies, master planning, and community engagement, helping them align their vision with programmatic needs and future operations. Our approach combines listening, technical insight, and clear communication—so each project is both functional and inspirational, while staying on schedule and within budget. Current projects include: •Pueblo West Indoor Aquatic Center •Laramie County Community College Athletic Complex (in collaboration with PlanOne Architects) •Adams County South Parks Maintenance Facility renovation and expansion Recently completed work includes the Fort Morgan Recreation Center and Longmont Winter Chemical Storage Facility.
