Set within the natural beauty of seaside Cape Ann, The Essex Conference Center and Retreat is tucked amidst 18 acres of white pines and oaks. Less than a mile from the ocean and surrounded by 250 acres of estuary and conservation land, its beautifully landscaped grounds are punctuated by sculptures and artistic treasures, as well as a waterfall, and a lily covered koi pond. The Center, offers a serene setting for your corporate team building event, business meetings, overnight conference, religious retreat or wedding. The ambiance at the Center is casual; and with our experience and attention to detail, you and your guests will fully enjoy your visit here. Just 45 minutes north of Boston, the Center offers meeting space, outdoor reception tent, overnight lodging, Inuit fire circle, wood-fired sauna, and large indoor hot tub. Your event at the Center will feature sumptuous meals, perfectly prepared by our Executive Chef. We are committed to operating as a green facility and donate a percentage of our income each year to environmental and social organizations.
