About Essex Elite Sports Coaching

At Essex Elite Sports Coaching, we’ve been passionate about empowering young people through sport and physical education since 2012. Our mission is simple: to inspire, develop, and encourage children through engaging, high-quality coaching sessions. Starting with public coaching services for children as young as 2 years old, we’ve grown into a trusted partner for schools and educational institutions. Today, we coach over 210 children each week, ages 2 to 11, with structured development plans that support their journey from early years to senior school. Our coaching services extend beyond public sessions, as we collaborate with nurseries, pre-schools, and primary schools to provide curriculum PE/PPA cover, active-break sessions, and a variety of extracurricular activities. Through our work with schools and teachers, we’ve gained valuable insight into the significant benefits of physical activity—improving mental and physical health, social wellbeing, and cognitive function in young people. At the heart of what we do is a shared passion for making a lasting impact on the lives of the children we coach. Our team of dedicated coaches work together with enthusiasm to achieve our vision with every session we deliver.
