The Estate and Elder Law Planning Center has served families in north-central Arkansas since 1998. Founded by attorney D. Randall Drake, the firm was the first in the Mountain Home area to focus exclusively on estate planning and elder law. In 2019, attorney Larry Treat joined the firm and then took ownership of the firm in 2023 as part of Randall's succession plan. Now, under Larry's leadership the firm's team of three attorneys and 11 dedicated support staff, the firm continues its mission with a commitment to modern, personalized planning solutions. We help clients protect their assets, avoid unnecessary court involvement, and plan confidently for the future.
