Esther Funds Foundation is a national nonprofit organization working to prevent college dropouts and promote purpose through student-led solutions, faith-based encouragement, and impactful programming. Founded on the belief that no student should have to choose between surviving and graduating, we serve first-generation, low-income, and minority college students—empowering them to stay enrolled, succeed academically, and walk boldly in purpose. What makes Esther Funds different? We don’t wait for students to drop out—we intervene early, directly on campus. Our one-of-a-kind model operates through collegiate chapters led by students who understand the challenges firsthand. These chapters offer leadership training, mentorship, workshops, spiritual support, scholarship awareness, and retention-centered programming that meets students where they are. Every chapter is mission-driven and tailored to its campus community. We’re currently building a movement across the Southeast and beyond. From scholarship drives and finals survival kits to campus outreach, mental health check-ins, and first-gen support events—Esther Funds is building the next generation of leaders who rise with faith and finish strong. We envision a future where college dropout rates are cut in half and every student—regardless of background—has the tools, support, and belief to graduate with confidence and purpose.
