The Estonian Bar Association (EBA) is the governing body for advocates (attorneys at law) in the Republic of Estonia. Our membership is composed of the nation’s top legal professionals. The EBA regulates attorneys in Estonia – via admission to the bar, disciplinary hearings, continuing education requirements, etc. — promotes the professional and economic interest of the bar, and administers legal aid for administrative, civil, criminal and refugee related matters.
