After my son was born, many priorities in my life changed, and I faced a lot of new challenges, such as breastfeeding. Being a fairly shy person, public breastfeeding was very difficult for me, especially without some sort of cover. I purchased many different covers, blankets, etc… but they just weren’t practical or fashionable, which meant that I’d always have to carry around an extra ‘something’ just in case my little one was hungry. My son also suffers from eczema; his skin has always been very sensitive, and the slightest irritant would make him red, itchy and uncomfortable. It was really hard for me to find bibs in particular, that didn’t leave him itchy and grumpy because of the harsh fabrics they are made out of. Eventually, I was exhausted from looking, so I decided to make my own accessories that would actually suit my needs and the needs of my son. Growing up in Montreal, Canada, the scarf was always a staple in my wardrobe. So piece-by-piece, I designed a unique handmade scarf with the best high quality organic fabric I could find. That’s when the infinity breastfeeding scarf and matching bib/scarf for my son were born. Slowly my collection grew, inspired by different parts of my life and family; from T-shirts made for sensitive skin, to many others that you will see in the EternityFit collection today. The name EternityFit came from the idea of being eternally connected with my son both emotionally and fashionably :). So, welcome to my EternityFit - designed with care and love for you and your loved ones.
