We are a bakers of dessert bars and cookies! Deliciously gluten free and enjoyed by all. We are hand held dessert bars - all of the perks of pie, but none of the pitfalls. We bring the taste and feel of homemade goodness right to you, just like grandma Ethel. We start with our signature butter crust, made with time and love, baked in layers for that melt-in-your-mouth buttery goodness. Then we layer on our handmade caramel with pecans, or maybe signature raspberry jam or perhaps a butter oat crumble topping…. each it’s own tasty bite of happiness. We are dedicated and certified gluten free for all to enjoy great food together. We believe the recipes and ways of the past should be an experience we celebrate and share today. We just make it a little easier for all to enjoy together!
