A media and investment company that will bring politically progressive, content and advertising to network TV vis a vis barter syndication agreements. These agreements will bring new, very sizable, up until now unreachable, lead in audiences to networks in exchange for heavily discounted airtime that will then be sold to highly vetted ethical advertisers. One of these TV shows, the Company Shopping Club, will, through education, take pension plan beneficiaries, the largest block of investors in the country and transpose them into active intelligent investors. We will enable these now active pension investors to influence, select and fire their financial intermediaries, mainly portfolio managers, to invest in creative socially concerned 13ds. 13ds must be filed when an individuals or group take over 5% of a publicly held company. The 13d statement sets down the purpose of the acquisitionThese creative investments will replace the management, mission, policies, products, services and political contributions of the target companies. The net result being a socially concerned transnational corporation. The revised corporate charter documents of the targeted TNCs and by laws being based on the premise that doing good and doing well are synonymous.
