Practice Framework EPCR is directed by two practitioners, Nikolina Purell and Kim Lock. We collectively hold over 40 years experience in the social services industry with expertise in the Child protection system, Aged Care, Disabilities, Leadership and Complex Case Work. Our business and practice framework is relational, solution focused and strength based principals. We are guided and informed by theories of social and intergenerational disadvantage, trauma, attachment and the impact these issues have on mental and physical wellbeing. Our leadership frameworks are informed by Druker's management theories, the Drexler/Sibbet Team Performance Model, Tuckman's stages of Group Development and psycho-analytical models of contact styles in understanding team dynamics.
