About Ethical Property
The Ethical Property Company is a social business providing office and meeting space to over a 1,000 charities, not-for-profit organisations and voluntary groups across the UK each year. Our tenants work in variety of sectors; from homelessness to animal welfare; from sustainable transport to drug rehabilitation. We own and/or manage a network of 23 centres in 9 cities across the UK and we employ over 90 people, around 25 of whom are based in our Oxford Head Office, on Cowley Road. We aim to ensure that our centres act as platforms from which our tenants can deliver a lasting and positive social impact. Our business model is based upon achieving this collective ambition by setting ourselves ambitious social, environmental and financial targets, and ensuring that our performance, communications and governance are as transparent as possible.
