Formed as a veteran-owned business in 2021, Ethos Civil brings together a team of engineers with over 100 years of combined local engineering experience, providing civil engineering, entitlement, and project management services throughout the PNW. The firm excels in several aspects of civil engineering, including public corridors, storm drainage, low impact development (LID), site planning, water distribution, sanitary sewer, erosion control, permitting, cost estimating, and value engineering.
