Ethos Farm to Health’s mission is to reverse and prevent chronic illness, provide education, recreation and nourishment to the community, and protect the earth. Our initiatives include educating NextGeneration Farmers and Physicians, sharing Dr. Ron Weiss’ innovative farm-based healthcare system with others around the nation, healing our local community, regenerating our soil, and developing solutions to reduce carbon emissions around the world. Our Doctor’s Farm Market in Long Valley, NJ sells fresh, USDA Certified Organic, non-GMO vegetables, fruits, herbs and flowers. The market is open seasonally from April - November, Friday - Sat, 9am - 3pm. We also have roadside farm stand – open depending on produce availability. Dr. Weiss is not only a physician but also a botanist and farmer, offering an evidence-based, food-as-medicine approach to healing from chronic illness and optimizing wellness. Ethos Farm to Health became a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization in 2021. Farm Manager, Nora Pugliese, previously started her own organic CSA, Stone’s Throw Garden, and ran it for over twelve years. She has taught and lectured both locally and nationally about organic farming. In 2014, Nora became the farm manager at Ethos Farm to Health. Nora transitioned the farm to a certified organic operation and acquired a recent certification from The Real Organic Project.
