As a coach with over 12 years of experience and someone who struggles with ADHD, I know how difficult it can be to establish a routine - even for things we know are good for us, such as exercise. My goal is to make things easier for you by taking all of the thought and mental effort that goes into putting together an exercise program off of your plate so that we can remove as many barriers as possible. Through 1:1 remote coaching, we'll create a plan collaboratively based on what your goals are, what equipment you have access to (none required!), and most importantly, what you actually enjoy doing!
