ETHZilla* will be the ETH accumulation vehicle born from Ethereum, built for everyone. ETHZilla’s stakeholders benefit from exposure to the Ethereum network, a blockchain ecosystem with a market cap more than many of the most well-known companies in the world today and a network at the heart of the markets for stablecoins and onchain real-world-assets. To facilitate this, ETHZilla plans to adopt a treasury policy focused on Ether (ETH), the native digital asset of Ethereum, while also pursuing a differentiated yield generation program meant to outperform traditional ETH staking through its partnership with Electric Capital, one of the external advisors for ETHZilla. Supported by an executive team and advisors which unite capital markets experts, prominent Ethereum engineers, top-tier DeFi founders, infrastructure pioneers and other ecosystem notables, ETHZilla aims to differentiate itself from other Ethereum treasury strategies by its commitment to and collaboration with the builders and allocators who have brought the ecosystem to prominence. *The foregoing statements reflect the planned rebranding of 180 Life Sciences Corp. (Nasdaq:ATNF) (the “Company”) to become ETHZilla Corporation. This planned rebranding remains subject to the completion of the proposed rebranding, that was announced on July 29, 2025.
