The Tree of Knowledge Institute (Preparation for Assessment centers) is a branch of the Tree of Knowledge Company - Organizational Development Ltd., The institute focus on individuals, groups and organizations training in all issues that surround the areas of the ever-changing and constantly evolving world of work assessments (e.g.: job interviews, psychological tests, cognitive tests etc.). Our training methods and systems are based on the accumulated experience of many years and include the preparation of thousands of candidates for tests in the Israeli labor market in general and tests for the public sector. Our passionate and experience team has led thousands of individual trainings and workshops to prepare candidates to the assessment centers of various organizations like: police force, police officers exams, the Israel army, national service, The National Fire & Rescue Authority, The Israel Prison Service etc. We have developed a technological system (LMS) of online learning and training focused on training, coaching, and learning for the screening tests. The learning and training system is one of the most innovative, creative, and leading in the employment assessment centers. The LMS includes instructional booklets/videos and thousands of questions and tests at different levels of difficulty. The tests were adapted to the relevant organizational language and were developed in a creative and innovative way. The model that characterizes the applied work style of the Tree of Knowledge in its work with its clients is the 'CET model': Combination of theoretical background (research, academic and scientific) and practice 'in the field'.
