About Eudaimonia Wellbeing

Eudaimonia [pronounced: Eff-day-monia] is a business designed to look after you by nurturing or developing your wellbeing. My vision is to grow a business which offers a number of services to cater for your wellbeing; the inaugural service being Massage Therapy. I am a qualified Holistic Massage Therapist skilled at remedial work, doing deep tissue treatments to alleviate stress, tension and assisting in the recovery of injuries, chronic conditions and tired muscles. I work with you to develop a treatment plan which factors in your lifestyle and its impact on your body coupled with what you want from the session; it's tailor made to you and therefore unique. I am currently developing my next service by studying Personal and Professional Coaching in order to qualify by the end of 2014. My goal is to help you achieve your goal. Once qualified, I will be able to assist you in unlocking and maximising your potential and instigating change within yourself to enable a more fulfilled and happier you.
