About euleli
Stressors that Black women face in their lives result in adverse health outcomes - mentally, physically, and emotionally. Despite these stressors, and the obvious need for prioritizing personal and community welfare, Black women rarely engage in wellness practices. Black women, who are often the foundation of their communities and forced into the “Strong Black Woman” stereotype, are often given the messaging that taking care of themselves is selfish and individualistic. We are helping Black Women become mindful about what holistic wellness means to them by providing intentional resources to help them improve their daily overall emotional, mental, and physical health through community and rest.
