About Eunoia Studio

Eunoia Studio is a Belgian company specialized in design and development of innovative software products. Since 2019, it develops its activity organically in Belgium and internationally by nurturing trustful relationships established with its customers and by forging long term partnerships. Our philosophy is articulated around the three following axes: 1) Eunoia. This term, borrowed from the Ancient Greek, represents the culture of benevolence, receptivity and honest and transparent communication. In any human relationship, actions mean more than intentions, therefore we must act rather than seduce: demonstrate interest, trust, make concrete and durable investments, take initiative when needed and respect commitments. 2) Human first. Information and communication technologies are only tools to support human activities. It is therefore necessary to understand this activity, its stakeholders, their goals, their responsibilities, their constraints, their vocabulary. The first key step for each team member is to immerse themselves in the field, "le métier", to make its codes ours and to, finally, become a user as any other. 3) Build products instead of projects. Product development involves a founder's long-term vision, a large palette of various customers and users, frequent pivots, business and marketing strategies integrated in the product, quick evolution and continuous development to follow the market needs... Considering all these needs, expectations and problems are at the core of Eunoia Studio's software development strategy.
