Our company was founded in Johannesburg in 2024 as a result of a three-year collaboration between a group of European investors led by Richard Šindler and Eduard Pokorný and our South African partners. In the times of global uncertainty after covid-19, the war in Ukraine and the times of the European economic crisis, South Africa has proven itself as a promising country for business. SA is a member of the G20 (the world's 20 largest economies), has a very strong private sector, the Johannesburg Stock Exchange is one of the largest in the world and the local financial market has long been ranked among the best regulated and managed in the world. Although our company is South African, its founders have their roots in the Czech Republic. That is why we took the opportunity to connect European capital with South African financiers. We offer prospective South African financiers, whether stockbrokers, traders of currency pairs or commodities, developers or other promising projects, European capital and equal partnership. In turn, we offer European interested parties to participate in these lucrative partnerships with their capital and thus diversify their portfolios to a country that offers a strong capitalist economy and nowadays increasingly rare geopolitical neutrality.
