Welcome to Europa Strategic Partners Limited. We are an Irish owned company which provides strategy, innovation and funding to our subsidiaries, which operate in the private security sector in India. Our Indian operations are based in Hyderabad, India. In early 2016 Europa made its first Indian acquisition, Aditya Security Force, with 155 security guards. In late 2016 we will acquire Excel Security, which employs over 300 security guards, and has a training academy and a cash-in-transit division. We will consolidate and grow these businesses under one brand – Europa. Expansion will be achieved through a combination of further acquisitions and organic growth. The private security guarding sector in India is growing at a phenomenal pace, estimates put it at 20% year on year. Official sources have confirmed that over 5 million new security guards will be required by 2020. The Europa Training Academy will facilitate the training of thousands of these guards annually to the highest of international standards. We are working closely with the Indian Security Sector Skills Development Council to plan the roll-out of these Academies nationwide. Our purpose built, state-of-the-art cash processing centre will service the burgeoning demand from international banks for ATM fulfilment. This sector enjoys strong margins from Blue Chip clients and is growing 25% year on year. Europa Intelligent Solutions will target the huge gap in the market for enterprise level software for the security sector while Europa Technology Partners is a channel for Irish technology companies to export into the enormous Indian market.
