EIMC was started 40+ years ago by Renan Delgado as a small family-based business, and has grown into what is today, a leading property management company based out of Hialeah, Florida in the highly competitive Southeast US Market. Antonio Delgado is not only the President of EIMC, he is a dedicated Partner and owner. Our portfolio consists of a total of 22 communities, located in Florida and North Carolina, that totals in excess of 1700 apartment homes and industrial/office. We then empower our onsite Property Managers and staff with the tools to effectively maintain their properties and take ownership.
