The European Society of Thoracic Imaging (ESTI) was founded to foster excellence, education and research in all aspects of thoracic radiology. The traditional vehicle of our non-profit organisation is the annual meeting which aims to bring together not only renowned experts in the field but also to attract trainees, young academics, developers, users of technology and those in allied fields from across Europe and around the world. The aims of ESTI will be continuously endorsed by educational and training courses, updated expert panel recommendations and guideline development in publications and notifications on the ESTI homepage as well as our journals European Radiology and Journal of Thoracic Imaging. It is our vision to share best diagnostic and interventional practice within the European thoracic radiology community and beyond. In this way we will meet the evolving and challenging health care needs in the field of respiratory disease.
