We are a family business from Yorkshire with an unrivaled commitment and a unique global network with the ability to find bespoke and ‘hard to source’ ingredients. We deliver quality sourced products including flours and rice to food manufacturing, wholesale, foodservice, ethnic and retail. We champion innovation and bring to market new specialist products. We are the largest supplier of sushi rice to the UK market, buy the majority of our rice from carbon neutral mills and supply the majority of food manufacturers in the UK – meaning a vast number of UK consumers have indirectly eaten (and loved) our ingredients! We are also the only company to have the sole exclusive rights to supply new sprouted flours from the only fully industrialised, BRC accredited sprouting plant and mill. We supply over 10,000 tonnes of product to the UK and Europe every year! Run by father and son Phillip and Jason and established in 1994, we are ingredients experts with a global reach and next day UK delivery network. You can trust us to only bring you the very best, because we source the finest grains in small supply chains to ensure quality and provenance.
