As every good property manager knows, everything starts with the lease. At EV solutions group, we know leasehold and our solution is NOT just restricted to supplying and installing EV chargers. Feasibility Our feasibility assessments start with the lease and extend through to how an EV charging system could be implemented at your site. We cover all of the following aspects: - Lease reviews and recommendations - Building Infrastructure review - Site power review - DNO level power review - Responding to leaseholder questions and queries - Leaseholder billing systems - Ongoing management of the system System Design, implementation and Leaseholder management Once we have established how an EV system could be implemented (and there are many ways to go about this), we can manage the project from initial design through to full implementation. From a property managers perspective, we take the stress out of the whole process. We field all leaseholder queries and hand-hold you through the section 20 process (for which we would do the specification document and respond to all comments).
