Introduction Evaluation Consultants was established in 2003, primarily to offer a commercial management service to mechanical and electrical contractors. By the introduction of key personnel the practice has been able to develop and expand its services and undertake other duties, such as training and development. All the team recognises the importance of the clients’ needs and the necessity to ensure these are achieved.
