Veteran-owned residential real estate appraisal firm serving Utah's Wasatch Front. Since 1997, we've appraised in both urban & rural settings in 5 markets across 3 western states (WA,ID,UT). We're competent at appraising both complex & non-complex properties including partial interest, high-end luxury, proposed construction, building sites, multi-lot, raw land, acreage, manufactured, 2-4 unit multifamily, both low & high-rise condominium, and all types of water frontage. In 2004, we began diversifying our brokerage/banking clientele and have obtained extensive experience specializing in desk/field quality control reviews, retrospective/forensic reviews, REO, pre-foreclosure short-sale valuations, hybrid reports and various alternative reconciliation products. We've provided services to portfolio managers, asset managers, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), local, regional and national financial institutions, AMC's and mortgage loan originators. None of our appraisers have had disciplinary action taken against their licenses and all of our appraisers are state certified and FHA Approved.
