This includes drafting employee documentation, for example on start up in UK, and dealing with terminations of employment and other workplace disputes, including where they move beyond the workplace and into the courts. In addition, we support individuals who face workplace issues. This can involve ensuring a contract is drafted in a way which secures the entitlements the employee believes he/she has negotiated when joining a new employer, or helping the employees through severance or other workplace claim. Finally, we provide mediation services, not only in employment but also commercial and other types of dispute. The firm's principal and sole lawyer is Darryl Evans, previously a partner for 12 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal LLP and prior to that with major London law firm Slaughter and May for seven years.
