About Even Field®
Even Field Inc (d/b/a Even Field®) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit youth development organization that promotes integrity, life skills, and leadership through sports. Our purpose is to inspire young people to make caring, principled choices in sports and life and to continually strive to be their personal best in everything they do. Even Field’s approach is to use the powerful influence of sports and media to engage youth, parents, and coaches in thought-provoking ways. Our Peer Into Character® programs feature athletes, coaches, and others of all ages, who describe experiences from sports that provide insight and perspective on character, perseverance, and leadership. We share these stories, observations, and life lessons through our speaker series, clinics, forums, videos, and podcasts. Instead of “whatever it takes to win”, our message is that The Way You Win Matters® because integrity, trust, and mutual respect are vital to quality relationships and principled leadership.
