About Event Mental Wellbeing - Trainings, Certifications & Consulting

We work with schools and companies across Europe (and beyond), helping them make their buildings more wellbeing-friendly — often without requiring extra budget or major effort. We also train and certify Mental Wellbeing Practitioners who go on to support and champion wellbeing within their own organisations. This year, we’ve also launched the first global CPD-certified training for anyone working in the event sector — including those organising in-house trainings, academic gatherings, sports teams, and more. Events can be overwhelming and exhausting and our passion is simple: to ensure that every team and every attendee of any gathering, large or small, feels included, engaged, seen and leaves feeling well. In addition to our consulting, coaching and training services, we are also often invited as (keynote) speakers and podcast guests on the topics of Mental Health First Aid, Burnout prevention, Wellbeing for schools and staff and Event Mental Wellbeing- weaving in stories from our lives and years of experience we love to make the topics accessible for all!
