Our clients include state and local governmental entities, higher-ed and cultural institutions, hospitals, real estate managers, investors, and developers, other corporate entities, and more. Evercrest is a registered municipal advisor with both the MSRB and SEC. Evercrest acts as an Independent Registered Municipal Advisor (IRMA) for numerous clients and serves as a Qualified Independent Representative (QIR) for our non-ERISA “Special Entity” governmental and municipal clients. Evercrest Advisors is also a registered Commodity Trading Advisor and a member of the National Futures Association. Within the real estate sector, Evercrest is one of the industry’s top hedging advisors, with a broad base of customers among the nation’s largest developers and property managers, REITs, mortgage banking companies, and Subchapter C corporations with real estate activities. We run competitive bids and assist in swap negotiations with all major swap/cap dealers. Primary Services: -- Advising clients on the structuring, pricing, execution and on-going monitoring of derivative positions, including hedges on interest rates, currencies and commodities (swaps, caps, swaptions, collars, corridors, etc.). -- Assisting clients in navigating through the Dodd-Frank/CFTC regulations and requirements for over-the-counter derivatives. -- Review and negotiation of ISDA swap documentation. -- Advising on all types of debt offerings, providing recommendations on debt mix (fixed/floating rate), product selection, term, amortization structure, pricing and optional redemption provisions. -- Assisting in the solicitation, evaluation and negotiation of proposals from underwriters, bank direct loan lenders and credit facility providers.
