Everest has a good coverage of the market in Europe and we are now growing our business here in the States. We control the entire process from melting of the aluminum, making our own billets, making our own dies for aluminum profiles up to 500 mm (only 2 companies can do this in Europe), painting in house, fabricating and assembling, along with engineering and systems design all in one place. We've been in the aluminum business in the European market for more than 30 years and in the last 6 years we have been present in the U.S. with projects in NYC (5 boroughs), NJ (Fort Lee, Edgewater, Jersey City etc), MA (Boston) and NC (Durham). Our warehouse is a 30,000 sqft facility located in South Hackensack, NJ, where we stock aluminum profiles and have a fabrication line for windows, doors, storefronts, window wall and curtain wall systems. We have an extrusion partner in Ohio. Our headquarters and manufacturing plant overseas (Albania) is expanded in more than 580,000 sqft area, with 600 employees involved directly in production and an administration of 80+ employees; engineering and design team in house; smelting furnace (it produces billets from either virgin and/or recycled material); extrusion lines (4, including 1 for PVC profiles); 3 painting facilities (powder coating finishes, sublimation coating technology); the whole set of machineries needed for fabrication (machineries are from 2010 or newer); 2 assembly lines. Our factory covers the whole aluminum production cycle from A to Z. Some of the main solutions that we provide: - storefronts - punched windows - curtain wall - unitized curtain walls - sliding doors - window walls - entrance / balcony / terrace and/or french doors - rainscreen and siding solutions using metal panels - custom extrusions All these systems have been tested in the U.S. and Europe for wind load resistance, air/water infiltration, thermal and acoustical insulation.
