About Evergreen Adult Development Center

Evergreen ADC was established on May 1, 1979 by its founder Deanna Lubrin Corpuz. It is a Department of Social Services licensed facility and vendorized by the Department of Developmental Services. EADC serves individuals 18 and above with Intellectual Disabilities and related conditions. Our Goal Evergreen ADC aims to provide training programs that will increase participants' skills to their highest potential. The focus of training is Home and Community Based services; these skills will be achieved through a well designed Person Centered Service plan. Who We Serve Evergreen ADC serves individuals who are elderly, participants needing Sensory Stimulation, Behavioral Intervention Program, and High Functioning individuals preparing to enter employment opportunities in the community. Legacy Evergreen ADC has been in operation since 1979; it is Deanna Lubrin Corpuz' legacy which she has handed to her children under the leadership of Caroline Corpuz Mayo EADC management and staff are dedicated individuals who have been caring and supporting the participants. Their services are very well appreciated.
