Each community is thoughtfully planned to maximize energy efficiencies and minimize environmental impacts. Evergreen homes are built to a high standard of craftsmanship and provide an outstanding value to our customers. Evergreen has the expertise, local market savvy and extensive land development and homebuilding experience necessary to identify potential acquisitions that will generate solid returns on a consistent basis. Evergreen is managed by an experienced, seasoned team of senior executives who combine accomplished backgrounds in entitlements, land development, homebuilding, finance, sales and marketing. Company Details Evergreen Communities, Inc. was founded in 2011 by Clinton “CC” Myers and Michael Stettner. Prior to partnering in 2011, both Myers and Stettner had been well established as builders in California, Nevada, Colorado and Idaho building over 2,500 residential units collectively. As Evergreen Communities, they have built or entitled over 500 high quality, energy efficient homes and/or residential lots. The corporate headquarters are located in Roseville, California with satellite office located in La Jolla, California.
